Slovak association of Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate Do (SAOGK)
The civil society was
establish by team of people from Trenčín for who is karate the
Way (Do) and not only recreative sport or one of way how to spend
a spare time. Their intention has tempted to improve combative
site of this old martial art, but also search for and accept
philosophic and ethic site of Goju Ruy Karate Do.
The settlores of Slovak association of Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate Do, are
decided to follow traditional okinawa´s Goju Ryu Karate, while
searched theirs way. The world´s leader is
shihan Morio HIGAONNA, 10.DAN
Higaonna sensei is the chief instructor (shuseki shihan) of International Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate Do Federation, to sum up IOGKF. Early in 2008 Slovak association of Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate Do, has been integrated to the IOGKF at own request and has became certificated exponent of this martial art in Slovakia. The main instructor for SAOGK is sensei Marián Nemeček.
